Services Provided by GEPCO Customer Service Centers

You can visit your nearest Customer Service Centre during office hours for the following issues:

  • Installment facility for domestic consumers for bills up to Rs. 10,000, divided into a maximum of 3 installments (available once every six months).
  • Correction of billing units for domestic users only.
  • Issuance of duplicate GEPCO bills for all types of consumers.
  • Extension of due date for the current bill if the amount is up to Rs. 10,000.
  • Exemption of TV license fee for consumers who do not own a TV.
  • Requesting the issuance of the upcoming bill for both domestic and commercial consumers.
